Before using this website, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

By accessing this site, users agree they are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. Please do not use this site if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.

PEGASUS DISTRIBUTING INC DOES NOT SELL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND OPERATES AS A WHOLESALER ONLY.

  • Orders over $100 that include items that are not available at time of order will be set as open orders and will be shipped as soon as all items are available. For orders less than $100, items will be included in your next shipment.
  • If a customer is unwilling to accept back-ordered items, they must notify Pegasus Distributing. Back-orders will automatically be canceled. Please note that booking programs, special orders, and trade show orders are not subject to automatic cancellation.
  • Our customers are our number one priority. If you have any questions or concerns about your orders, please reach out to our customer service team. Together, we can discuss your company’s needs and establish a plan that meets your requirements. At any time you may contact us for a list of back-ordered items.

PRICING POLICY 2023

  • Although every effort will be made to hold published pricing, it is subject to change without notice. We understand that price increases impact our customers so we try to provide as much advance notice as possible under the circumstances.

SHELF LIFE

  • Items with an expiry date, such as supplements and dewormers, will not be shipped to you with less than four months of shelf life. Occasionally, dewormers may be offered at a special price when less than four months remain before the expiry date. However, you will be advised prior to shipping and approval is required. Expiry dates are printed on packing slips and expired items are not returnable.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

  • Any boxes that have been damaged at the time of delivery should be refused.
  • When receiving your order, please check the contents for damage. If any items are damaged during shipping, call our customer service team immediately to arrange a replacement or credit. Damage claims must be submitted within seven days of receiving the package – as determined by the carrier.

MISSING ITEMS:

  • If you receive an order with a missing item(s), please call our customer service team as soon as possible. Missing item claims must be submitted within seven days of receiving the package – as determined by the carrier. Our team will check inventory and review shipping details to rectify the situation.

RETURN POLICY 2023

  • Before returning any goods, Pegasus Distributing must be contacted for authorization. A Return Authorization Form will be faxed or emailed to you if the return is approved. This form must be included in the return with the authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Items will be refused without the authorization information.
  • Pegasus Distributing will authorize returns and pay the freight for the following circumstances:
    • Defective items
    • Items received but not ordered (returned in original condition)
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • Freight charges for warranty claims will be shared by the retailer and Pegasus Distributing. Some exceptions may apply.
  • All other returns must be authorized by Pegasus Distributing and a 15% restocking fee + freight charges will apply.
  • Sale, clearance, closeout or special order items cannot be returned.

TO REDEEM:

  • To return an item, call our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RMA). You will need to give a reason why the product is being returned and provide a description of the physical condition. You may be asked to provide photographs.
  • Once authorized, please include a copy of the dated sales receipt. Without that receipt, RMAs will not be processed. The store/consumer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Pegasus Distributing will evaluate the item and, if eligible, a credit will be issued to your account.
